Great to meet you!

With years of experience working with adults from diverse backgrounds, I help clients navigate relationship challenges, major life transitions, and health-related concerns. While I work with adults across all stages of life, I have a special interest in supporting women through the menopause transition and midlife.

I have expertise in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, chronic pain, and other challenges that can affect emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person's unique needs.

My goal is to empower clients to better understand themselves, build resilience, and improve overall life satisfaction.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create a safe space where clients can share at their own pace. While my approach to therapy is informed by my client's unique needs, strengths and cultural factors, a focus is often on how one's thoughts, feelings and actions are interrelated. This approach is known as Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I also approach treatment from a mind-body perspective and explore how a person's lifestyle may be interfering with optimal wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

I like to start with a free 15 minute consultation to learn more about your treatment needs and goals. The therapeutic relationship is one of the key elements of therapeutic change and I want to offer the opportunity to learn if we're a good fit.
