Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience. I earned my masters in social work from the University of Illinois, and I’m passionate about helping clients navigate their mental health and substance use. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. I look forward to creating a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based approaches while focusing on practical tools and meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and feel more confident navigating life’s challenges.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other, talk about what brings you to therapy, and identify the goals you’d like to work toward. I’ll create a warm, welcoming, and judgment-free environment where you can feel comfortable being yourself. We’ll begin exploring your strengths, challenges, and what may be most helpful moving forward. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what your next steps may look like.
