Great to meet you!

I love helping people of all ages—kids, teens, and adults—move through anxiety, depression, and trauma with more ease and confidence. Therapy with me is a collaborative journey: together, we'll get curious about what's holding you back, honor the strengths you already carry, and build practical tools you can actually use in daily life. Whether you're a parent watching your child struggle, a teen trying to figure out who you are, or an adult ready to break old patterns, I want this space to feel safe, supportive, and completely judgment-free.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends strengths-based counseling with trauma-informed care, drawing on my background with family and school-based support, Strengthening Families Programs, and clinical mental health work. In practice, that means we won't just talk about what's wrong—we'll look at what's already working for you and build from there, while gently understanding how past experiences shape present struggles. I tailor sessions to fit where you are: for kids and teens, that might mean creative, engaging approaches that make hard feelings easier to talk about; for adults, it often means practical, solutions-focused strategies paired with real emotional depth.

What you can expect from me

If you're dealing with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that's draining your energy, or trauma you're finally ready to unpack, I'd be honored to walk alongside you. Let's work together to uncover your strengths, build sustainable coping tools, and help you move toward the life you want.

I'd love the chance to work together—reach out and let's get started.
