I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with nearly 10 years of counseling experience working with individuals, couples and families who are dealing with daily life challenges. Worked as an educator for over 20 years with diverse populations of all ages enriched my life with much gratitude for humanity. I love helping people to find their potential and live out their best life to the fullest.

My approach is holistic and comprehensive. I have utilized a variety of different types of modality depending on the client. I like the person-centered as a basis of therapy where individual values, beliefs and experiences are recognized and ultimately, empowering them make changes that will make positive impact on their lives.
