Hello, I'm Jeannie Tse, LCSW. I graduated from University of Southern California since 2010 and have been in my clinical practice since then. I'm excited for you to embark on your self care and starting to focus on your own well being. I look forward to working with you.
My intervention is psychodynamic based. I'm a strong believer of how our past, upbringing shape who we are today. With psychodynamic therapy will allow us to explore the roots of our problems and have a better understanding our of behavior, then we can find ways to move forward from that point on. Also, we will talk about ways to cope, practice mindfulness and awareness of our day to day behavior.
My treatment setting is to help you to understand your behavior, reflect on your past and make changes in your life to break the cycle. It also heavily depends on your readiness to make this change.
