Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Jeannie Warren and I am a licensed mental health counselor. I have a master degree in counseling. My experience includes trauma, anxiety, grief, relationships issues, life transitions and parenting. I have worked in social services agency and in private practice settings. As we work together, I will support you as you go the journey of making positive changes and growth.

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I use a strengths base and person center approach with a focus on building strengths and supporting you with being in charge of the process. In addition, we will focus on good self-care and examine how thoughts may be effecting your mood, relationships and other aspects of your life.

What you can expect from me

During the first few sessions, we will work on getting to know one another, develop goals, and exploring strengths. My goal at the beginning and throughout therapy is for you to feel safe, heard and accepted. As therapy sessions continue, we will develop helpful tools and explore more about what may be getting in the way. Clients often shared relief after the first few sessions just by being heard and accepted.
