Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, with specialized training in trauma- and shame-informed care. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults in a wide range of settings—from crisis and higher levels of care to outpatient therapy and telehealth.

More than anything, I value creating a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Building a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of my work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you as a whole person. I believe there’s no single right way to heal, so I draw from different therapeutic approaches and mindfulness techniques to meet you where you are.

We’ll work together at your pace, focusing on your strengths and what matters most to you. You’re always an active partner in the process, and your voice guides our work.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a gentle starting point. We’ll take time to talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any questions or concerns you may have.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and with a clearer sense of what therapy with me can look like moving forward.
