Great to meet you!

I am a fully Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Texas, at Arlington and my Master’s of Science Degree in Marriage Family Therapy at Texas Woman’s University.

My focus includes couples work, anxiety, depression, crisis counseling, identity issues, dual diagnosis, and LGBTQ clients. I am trained in EFT for Couples, EMDR for those dealing with trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that the client will share their needs with me and together we develop a treatment plan to accomplish their treatment goals.

For clients who might feel stuck, I am patient and allow time for them to process and gain insight into their journey and where they want to go next.

What you can expect from our first session

Primarily, I am solution focused, but even with clients that have underlying trauma, I believe that clients begin to create a way of life that they can be happy with.
