Great to meet you!

Therapy is a space where you don’t have to carry everything on your own. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or navigating pain, anxiety, grief, or major life transitions, you’re not alone. Taking the first step can feel difficult-but you’ve already started by being here.

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with a Masters degree from the University of Michigan and over 12 years of experience supporting individuals through emotional distress, life transitions, care coordination, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have a special interest in working with 1st generation adults, students, and marginalized populations. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your voice matters. My priority is to create a space where my clients feel safe.

Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me on a trail, spending time in nature, traveling, reading, exploring new food spots, and enjoying time with loved ones and our furry companions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and evidenced based, with attention to environmental, social, cultural, and biological factors that shape your experience.

My work is rooted in mind body interconnection, and incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution focused techniques, and somatic interventions. Together, we’ll explore patterns, challenge distressing thoughts, and build both, tangible and intangible skills to support emotional regulation and healthier coping.

Your story matters. I’m here to listen, support, and gently challenge you along the way.

“The cure for pain is in the pain.” - Rumi

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel safe. Reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and gently challenging-where growth and healing feels possible, and progress feels personal. Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all, and we’ll tailor our work to meet your evolving needs.

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you and creating space for you to share your story. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.

Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your evolving needs-because growth is not linear, and it’s okay for plans to change as you do.
