Great to meet you!

Helping You Navigate Anxiety, Overwhelm & Major Life Changes

Hi, I’m Jeannuel — I’m really glad you’re here.

You might be the strong one. The dependable one. The one everyone turns to. And lately... you’re tired.

I work with high-functioning individuals navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship stress, and major life transitions. On the outside, things may look “fine.” On the inside, you may feel stretched thin, overthinking everything, or quietly questioning who you are in this season.

With a background in medical social work, child welfare, and justice system settings, I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most tender and overwhelming moments. I bring that same grounded, steady presence into the therapy room — a space where you don’t have to hold it all together.

Together, we’ll slow things down, untangle what’s weighing on you, and help you move forward with clarity and steadiness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you. I meet you where you are — without judgment — and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing beneath the surface.

Together, we look at patterns: the overthinking, emotional shutdown, relational dynamics, or pressure you carry. We explore how these patterns developed and how they’re showing up in your life now. From there, we build practical tools to manage anxiety, strengthen boundaries, and respond to stress in healthier, more aligned ways.

I draw from evidence-based practices and adapt our work to fit your goals, personality, and season of life. Some sessions may focus on insight and reflection; others may center on skill-building and concrete strategies. Therapy with me is both meaningful and actionable.

If your faith is an important part of your life, we can thoughtfully integrate a Christian perspective into our work together.

I’m human first and therapist second — warm, honest, and steady. Think of our work as genuine conversation paired with professional guidance: someone in your corner helping you untangle what feels heavy and move toward a life that feels more grounded and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you — not just the challenges that brought you in, but the bigger picture of who you are and what’s been weighing on you lately.

You can expect a relaxed, conversational pace. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your goals, current stressors, and what you’re hoping will feel different through therapy. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — we go at a speed that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll also begin identifying patterns, strengths, and initial areas of focus so you leave with a clearer sense of direction and what our work together can look like.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure at first. My role is to create a grounded, steady space where you don’t have to perform or have all the answers. You don’t have to figure it out alone — we’ll take it one step at a time.
