Great to meet you!

I am Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University. I have worked in various treatment settings, including detox, inpatient, outpatient, partial hospitalization, and private practice. I have extensive experience treating adult clients from diverse backgrounds who are impacted by addiction and co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, and general life stressors or transitions. I incorporate interventions from a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Relapse Prevention Therapy. I utilize a person-centered approach, prioritizing a therapeutic relationship built on trust, non-judgment, compassion, and understanding. I focus on working collaboratively with clients to promote hope and empowerment and achieve personal growth.
