Great to meet you!

I am happy to meet you! I want you to know that I see you — not as a diagnosis, but as a whole person with a story that deserves care, dignity, and respect.

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong foundation in both medical and psychiatric care. My education and clinical exposure have allowed me to care for individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on thoughtful, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment. My practice is rooted in empathy, clinical integrity, and a sincere reverence for each person’s unique story. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, mood and trauma-related conditions, and emotional wellness across life’s many transitions. I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds, and I approach each person with openness, respect, and genuine curiosity.

My care is holistic, collaborative, and deeply human. I believe healing happens best in a space where you feel safe, heard, and genuinely supported. We work together at your pace, toward meaningful and lasting wellness.

It is an honor to walk beside you on your journey.

My approach to therapy

I see every client as a whole human being, with emotions, experiences, strengths, and struggles that deserve to be met with care and dignity. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, grounded in safety, respect, and openness.

I strive to create a space that feels calm, welcoming, and emotionally safe — where you can speak freely, feel genuinely heard, and know that your experiences matter.

Care, to me, is a partnership. We listen, we explore, we heal — together.

Because you deserve to be met with kindness, understanding, and grace. 🤍

What you can expect from me

Your first session is not about being judged, rushed, or “fixed.” It is about being truly seen — as a person, a human, an individual.

You can expect a space where you feel: Safe, Supported, Accepted, Understood, Genuinely heard & Comforted

I meet every client with compassion, openness, and deep respect. This is a space where your story matters, your feelings are valid, your experiences are honored and what you hope to achieve with me.

My care is holistic and client-centered, recognizing that your mind, body, and life circumstances are all connected. We will move at your pace, gently explore what brings you in, and work together to create a path forward that supports your mental and emotional well-being.

You don’t have to have it all figured out before you come in. We will figure it out — together. 🤍
