After graduating with an MSW in 2001, I continued to expand my professional experience with training in the use of a "whole body approach" to improving mental health. I employ a Humanistic perception into the therapeutic relationship integrating compassion as a resource to help you feel seen, heard and understood.

As your Psychotherapist, I support and facilitate your holistic well-being. With 25 years of experience, I have the capacity to integrate a perspective based on the understanding of you as a unique person with a personal history, biology, and symptoms that impact your ability to enjoy a meaningful quality of life. I am here to help you reach your goals for recovery from whatever your suffering with.

What you can expect from our first session

My role in your mental health recovery includes supporting the goals and objectives you define to improving your quality of life. My responsibility is to ask the difficult questions and potentially stretch your mind in areas you have never explored. You will be experiencing greater clarity while beginning to know someone you never knew before, your true self. I will be asking you to use skills we practice as a resource to strengthen, change and improve your holistic health and well-being.
