Great to meet you!

My name is Jeff Citro and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado. I specialize in working with adults struggling with relationships, anxiety, depression and unmet potential which are often the result of past trauma.

My approach to therapy

I believe that we’re more than our struggles (or a diagnosis). Because of that, my approach to therapy is relational, collaborative and wholistic. I like to create a safe space where you can rest, recharge and grow at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Entering a therapeutic relationship can be difficult but it doesn’t have to be. My clients often report feeling more at ease before the first session is over. With authentic conversations and the freedom to explore from the sublime to the ridiculous, insights emerge as to your strengths and worth which no traumatic event could extinguish. Then, you’re not just coping with issues, you’re overcoming them.
