Great to meet you!

When was the last time you spent time with someone that truly listened to you, was curious about your life, didn’t judge you, and supported and inspired you; someone who championed your goals, helped you gain a deeper insight into your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors; someone who believed you deserved a rewarding life and was there in the good times and the bad; someone who believed you mattered. That is who I am to my clients. And that is what I believe you deserve.

My role is to help you establish measurable goals and make plans to achieve them. I work primarily with men ages 25-70 as well as straight, gay and polyamorous unions.

My approach to therapy

Kindness, respect and curiosity are the cornerstones of my therapeutic approach. Trained in Narrative and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, I am skilled to listen carefully to your stories and seek to understand how you have arrived at your thoughts and feelings. Then work collaboratively to create a life worth living.

What you can expect from me

Our journey will be challenging, inspiring and rewarding. We’ll get frustrated and have breakthroughs, get confronted and gain insights. We’ll laugh together and maybe even cry together. Like a Sherpa Guide I will traverse up the your ‘mountain of life’ beside you. I can’t take the steps for you, but I will be there for every one of your steps on the way.
