Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jeff—a therapist, neuroscience geek, and your co-pilot on this wild ride. I’ve worked in psychiatric prisons, jails, inpatient hospitals, and sex rehab programs—so I’ve heard it all, no judgment here! These days, I do telehealth, so we can connect wherever you're comfy. My goal? To make therapy approachable and create a safe, no-pressure space where you can explore your quirks, challenges, and big questions. Let’s quiet the noise, embrace who you are, and build the life you want.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends neuroscience with real-world understanding, diving into the root causes—whether it’s your brain’s wiring, past experiences, or life’s chaos. Therapy with me is like having a supportive co-pilot: I provide tools, insights, and the occasional bad joke while you steer the ship. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to show up as you are. Through empathy, active listening, and a collaborative approach, we’ll work to untangle the tough stuff and unlock your strengths.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, think of it as a no-pressure meet-and-greet for your brain. You’ll share what’s been going on, and I’ll listen with genuine understanding, asking questions to help us make sense of why you might feel stuck. Whether it’s a specific challenge or just that something feels off, we’ll start untangling it in a way that actually clicks for you. This is a space where you don’t need to mask or overthink—just be yourself. Together, we’ll begin the journey toward healing and growth.
