Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a Master's degree in Psychology, and I have experience supporting adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and opportunities for growth. My work has focused on helping clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I feel honored to walk alongside people as they reconnect with their strengths and create lives that feel more meaningful and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person has an innate capacity for healing, growth, and change, and that each person's path is uniquely their own. As a therapist, my goal is to bring curiosity, compassion, and a caring presence to create a safe, supportive space where your own wisdom and strengths can emerge. My style is warm, conversational, and collaborative, and together we’ll explore your experiences, understand patterns that may be holding you back, and discover new ways forward. My approach is grounded in person-centered therapy and draws from ACT, CBT, mindfulness, somatic practices, and parts work to support your journey toward greater vitality, meaning, and connection.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope to change or better understand, and what matters most to you moving forward. My hope is that you leave feeling welcomed, heard, and comfortable being yourself as we begin creating a path toward healing and growth.
