Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with extensive training aimed at helping people confront and address their current life concerns in order to live a more values oriented life.

I have completed 2 masters degrees, as well as a doctoral degree Psy.D (Clinical Psychology). I have estimated I have obtained over 6,000 face to face clinical hours providing therapy, since beginning to see clients regularly in 2018.

My previous professional experiences include being a cancer hospital chaplain, crisis worker, university counselor, community mental health, and inpatient substance use facility therapist.

My approach to therapy

I use up-to-date evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing for Trauma (CPT). I am practical, and focus heavily on empowering clients to develop effective tools and strategies for better navigating their current life circumstances and challenges.

My clinical scope of practice includes: rumination, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and substance abuse, grief, loneliness, and men’s issues. In addition, I enjoy integrating Christian faith in the therapy process when invited by my clients.

What you can expect from me

In our very first meeting, you will be welcomed, understood, and encouraged. I will be specifically focused on listening to and knowing your story. We will collaborate together to develop a personalized treatment plan based on your unique strengths and needs.
