Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 15 years of experience walking alongside individuals and families on their path to healing. It’s been a true privilege to work with people from all backgrounds helping them navigate life’s most difficult seasons. Whether it’s trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, bipolar disorder, or major life transitions, I believe deeply in each person’s strength and capacity to heal. Therapy, to me, is a journey of rediscovery—of reconnecting with your values, your resilience, and the life you truly want to live.

My approach to therapy

My integrated approach is tailored to your needs. I believe real change happens when we gain insight into the patterns that no longer serve us — and learn new ways of responding to life’s challenges. To me, those challenges are not detours. They’re waypoints: signposts offering us a chance to choose a more authentic, more empowered path forward.

What you can expect from me

During our first session together, I will focus on building rapport by being warm, present, and an active listener, while clearly explaining consent and expectations. I structure the session to hear the your story, validate their experience, and collaboratively set initial goals, ending with feedback and next steps, ensuring you feel safe and understood.
