Great to meet you!

I utilize my extensive personal life experience and professional experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Addiction Counselor to provide a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can work together to identify the changes you wish to make in your life—and explore how to implement those changes effectively.

If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about how to move forward, I am here to help guide you through the process with understanding, compassion, and practical tools. Together, we can address the underlying causes of your struggles and work towards creating the life you want to lead.

Life can be hard. Often, clients need help in developing more adaptive coping mechanisms and helpful thinking patterns to navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals navigating stress, substance abuse, anxiety, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a variety and combination of evidence based practices including; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused, Person Centered, and Motivational Interviewing. The objective is to help clients develop a greater sense of self-awareness, and a set of tools to address their therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

We always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
