Great to meet you!

In more than 20 years of practice, I've had the good fortune to walk beside many peoplemoving through difficult times and struggle to a place of relief and the recovery of a sense of identity, integrity, and self worth. For many years, I have specialized in helping men and women struggling with Sex Addiction. More recently my work has led me to help Couple's find each other again and to guide them through a range of relationship and recovery related issues. My experience has allowed me to develop an understanding of how to help with many other problems including grief, depression, and anxiety. My approach is always compassionate but solution focused.

My approach to therapy

Jeff was a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) since 2007, with a recent pause due to a medical condition in 2024, Jeff's approach to therapy is psychodynamic within a context of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). Other recent influences include Internal Family Systems (IFS) and I have trained for many years in Stan Tatkin's Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT).

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to find an educated and experienced path to recovery and wellness. When it makes sense to do so, I will provide handouts and homework to help guide you to lasting change and renewed relationships.
