I've developed this individualized and holistic approach over years of diverse training and experience while helping clients in private practice, an integrated healthcare clinic, and a behavioral health hospital.

Our work together will begin with exploring your personal concerns, challenges and strengths. Next, we'll work together to define your goals and identify the best therapies to achieve them. At each step, I'll provide information and options to help you make decisions about your care. I'm trained in a variety of therapies that help clients manage difficult emotions and behaviors, process trauma, and achieve goals. If I'm not trained in the best therapy for you, I'll help you find someone who is.
