Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bicultural therapist dedicated to providing warm, person centered, and culturally aware care to adults, youth, and families. My practice specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, existential stress, and trauma. I am deeply committed to offering a supportive space grounded in compassion and cultural humility to help you build resilience and practical tools. Whether you are dealing with academic or family pressures, identity exploration, or sudden life changes, my goal is to help you heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down to earth, and rooted in deep respect for your unique story. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to share openly. Because therapy is not one size fits all, I blend evidence-based techniques to fit your specific needs. I use CBT to help reframe unhelpful thoughts and build everyday coping skills, along with elements of DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we identify your priorities, set meaningful goals, and break them down into manageable steps with a balance of support and accountability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel completely comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to accomplish, and any immediate challenges you face. Together, we will outline your priorities so we can tailor our future work to what feels most meaningful and helpful for you. I look forward to collaborating with you, and please feel free to schedule a time that works best for you.
