Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of nursing experience in critical care, healthcare leadership, and caring for individuals from diverse backgrounds. My extensive clinical experience has shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care that recognizes each person as an individual, not simply a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, respectful, and patient-centered. I take time to listen and understand each client's concerns, experiences, goals, and preferences so that we can develop an individualized treatment plan together, incorporating evidence-based medication management, education, and supportive therapeutic interventions when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an opportunity for us to understand what brings you to care and what you hope to achieve. We will review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, medications, lifestyle, and treatment goals in a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment, then work together to establish a clear plan for your next steps.
