Jeffery Clark

Hi! I'm Jeffery Clark. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Spokane, Washington. I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2019 with my masters in social work with a focus on mental health and substance use disorders. I have over seven years of experience working with all phases of patient care to include hospital settings and outpatient co-occurring services. I specialize in the treatment of adolescents, military, and first responders as they navigate life’s challenges and heal from trauma. Hope. Honesty. Humility. These are my guiding principles. Therapy is already draining, so I present a laid back and approachable perspective to meet you where you are and help identify and fulfill the goals you have created.

My approach to therapy is based on the belief that you already have the answers within you. My role is to highlight your strengths while introducing new skills (and a bit of humor) to help you navigate life’s challenges with psychological flexibility. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, which is why I take the time to understand your unique experiences and support you in shaping goals that align with your personal vision for growth.

Therapy works best when there’s a real connection. In each session, I’ll use that genuine connection to encourage you to try something different that builds on what we’re working on together. You set the pace, and the challenges are based on your goals, helping you make steady progress in a way that feels right for you.
