It is approaching the individual as a whole system and seeking to optimize overall health and resilience, to foster long-term mental and emotional stability. Approaches to care are driven by the client experience integrating psychopharmacology, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and selected elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and systems approaches tailored to individual client need.
