Great to meet you!

My name is Jeffery Stringer. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I began working with youth and families during and after college. I have worked with youth in crisis, DBHDD services, and family services within the community and schools. I have also enjoyed working the geriatric population and providing individual, group and family counseling.

My approach to therapy

My approach is from a person-centered perspective. You are the expert on you. This journey begins and ends with you. My goal is to assist you as you determine your goals and help you deal with any challenges that keep you from those goals.

What you can expect from me

We begin by building a foundational relationship that is supportive and therapeutic. We start with your goals, and I begin to learn who you are and what your past looks like and where you want to go. You begin to learn about me and if you think we are a good fit.
