Great to meet you!

Clients my training and background would most benefit are those experiencing difficulty in their relationships with their children, parents, spouses, co-workers or other significant people in their lives; those whose anxiety or depression is holding them back, and those who are willing to work to reach their true potential.

I earned my MSW from the University of Illinois at Chicago concentrating in mental health and have helped people in complicated and difficult situations ever since.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to seek first to understand your goals, then seek to understand what you believe is holding you back and then seek to put together a workable plan with you to achieve those goals.

What you can expect from me

You should expect to take away a sense of having been listened to, heard, and understood in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Clients should expect a partner in developing and refining a plan to get them closer to where they want to be.
