Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years, including 4 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My experience spans both mental health and substance use, allowing me to support clients with a wide range of challenges using a well-rounded and practical approach.

I’ve also gone through my own personal transformation, including working through challenges with self-confidence and self-awareness. Because of this, I bring a deep sense of empathy and understanding to my work. I know firsthand how impactful it can be to have the right support, and I strive to offer that same level of care to my clients.

It takes strength and courage to reach out for help, and I approach every client with a nonjudgmental, compassionate mindset. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward and focused on helping you identify the root causes of your struggles while also recognizing the strengths you already have within you. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in gaining clarity and finding solutions that feel authentic and sustainable.

I aim to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood as we work together to explore your experiences. By holding that space and offering guidance, I help you access your inner strengths, navigate challenges, and move forward on your journey toward healing and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect to spend time getting to know me as well. Therapy is a two-way process, and it’s important that you feel comfortable, informed, and able to ask any questions you may have.

Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your experiences, and begin identifying goals for our work. My aim is to create a space where you feel at ease, supported, and confident in building a trusting, collaborative relationship moving forward.
