Great to meet you!

I am a Fully Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in San Antonio, TX. I hold a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the St. Mary’s University Counseling Program in San Antonio, Texas along with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I implement Cognitive Behavioral techniques with a foundation in present-based Reality Therapy. I allow my clients to discuss any past traumas as they pertain to their current stressors but I also gently steer my clients back to their present day situation to refocus on their current goals.

What you can expect from our first session

As your counselor, my main and only priority is you. I am committed to providing you with a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to understand their unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll develop a customized plan of action that is tailored to your specific needs and preferences.
