Great to meet you!

Welcome! I am committed to providing therapy that is both compassionate and solution-focused. I have nearly 20 years of experience in both individual and group therapy. I work with adults on a variety of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction/substance use, and difficulty dealing with life's daily stressors.

My approach to therapy

I offer a collaborative, direct approach, grounded in evidence-based practice and drawing from a wide background. Using modalities tailored to you as an individual, my integrative approach combines disparate therapies, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), among others.

What you can expect from me

I bring a holistic perspective to our sessions that considers biological and environmental factors. It is said that the goal for any therapist should be to put themselves out of work, and that is my goal in working with you as a client, in the most supportive way possible!
