Hi, I'm Jeff and let me tell you about me. Jeff is a US Army Veteran. He spent seven years in the Army as an Airborne Infantryman. Jeff is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with years of treating people from all walks of life. It is ok to not be ok and we all need help at times. Life can be challenging and there has never been a better time to get that extra help.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Jeff blends several therapeutic modalities to give you, the patient, a unique and custom experience tailored to your needs. Jeff blends CBT, ACT, Reality Therapy, and Systems Theory to deliver solution-focused results. Jeff is also trained in DBT and has done a lot of work treating trauma and PTSD.

What you can expect from our first session

I am really looking forward to hearing from you. Navigating life with the added weight of trauma and challenges of mental health concerns is exhausting. Getting helps is the first step in that change that you want. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to recovery and healing
