Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping teens, young adults, and adults navigate life's challenges and make meaningful changes.

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning difficulties, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with college and graduate students, professionals, and parents who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward.

My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be holding you back, and develop the confidence and practical skills to navigate challenges more effectively.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood and supported, but also appropriately challenged to grow. I'm an active participant in sessions, offering honest feedback, asking thoughtful questions, and checking in regularly to make sure we're working toward what matters most to you.

I draw primarily from cognitive-behavioral and psychodynamic approaches, combining practical strategies with a deeper understanding of the experiences and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. I also value humor and authenticity, which can help build connection, ease anxiety, and bring new perspectives to difficult situations.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you're not quite sure where to begin. Our first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn what you're hoping to change.

We'll talk about your current challenges, relevant background, and what you'd like to get out of our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where we can begin developing a plan that feels realistic, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
