Great to meet you!

I'm Jeff -- a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Coach, Therapist, Husband and Dad, and a graduate of the University of Illinois. I've been supporting teens, couples and families on their path for over 10 years. I am into basketball and nature to restore me, and I'm here to help you become the best version of you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is simple yet straightforward -- first, we work to identify obstacles holding you back from reaching your highest potential. From there, we explore life choices on your path that will lead to a more fulfilled you. I like to use mindfulness techniques as a guide to provide clarity and insight in our time together.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe the best version of you is already there -- we just need to shine a light on it. Clients have mentioned feeling lighter, more empowered and more purposeful in their life choices after working with me, and that is the focus of our time together.
