I practice as a person-centered therapist, concentrating on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches for adults, teens, and children. My passion and goal is to help each client obtain their personal goals through their therapy, gaining the tools, self-knowledge, skills, and ability needed to take command over their histories and decisions, traumas and misfortunes, shaping a new and better life for themselves.

My primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treating clients with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and have completed training for Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for treating children with PTSD in 2019.

I want my clients to leave feeling empowered and self-assured in their decisions and choices, helping them to take on new challenges that may come their way.
