Welcome to Do Better Wellness! Where I take a holistic and result-driven approach to mental health care. I create an empowering safe space for those who want to better themselves. As a trauma-focused Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have over a decade of experience working with trauma, substance use, motivation, members of the LGBTQ and/or BIPOC community, families, athletes, Veterans and first responders. My approach is compassionate, professional and tailored to the individuals I work with.
