My approach to therapy

Searching for help can be an intimidating and vulnerable process. As a therapist, I am dedicated to making others feel validated, heard, and understood. Therapy is not just about talking and listening, but about understanding and providing a safe space. There is no place for judgment or shame in the healing process. I understand that each client brings a unique set of values, experiences, and challenges. This helps me understand their needs and develop an individualized experience for my clients. There are strength and value in all of us. Let's take that first step together.

What you can expect from me

The first session sets the stage for the therapeutic relationship. It's not just about me learning about the client, but the client also learning about me. I try to create a comfortable and safe space, where clients can be open, candid, and feel heard.
