Great to meet you!

My name is Jelisa Carma; I am a licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Good Carma Counseling & Consulting Services. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, and life transitions. My goals it to help you process emotions safely, find clarity, and begin healing in a way that feels authentic and empowering-guided by my philosophy: Good Carma, Great Outcomes

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate and collaborative, combining CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-informed care. I meet you where you are and help you build the tools needed to create balance, resilience, and emotional peace.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to connect and focus on getting to know you, learn your story, and what brought you to therapy. I'll help you feel at ease, creating a safe, judgment-free space as we set goals, explore tools, and outline a plan tailored to your needs.
