I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. My background includes school-based mental health, inpatient care for eating disorders, and in-home family therapy. I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach, drawing from CBT, solution-focused therapy, narrative therapy, and psychoeducation.
