Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy when life feels heavy, confusing, or stuck. You may long for change but feel unsure of how to move forward. My work is about gently opening space for healing and growth by deepening the quality of your relationships. Relationships can involve your experience with yourself and others and may include food, sexuality, your body, work, or money. Through a holistic, trauma-informed lens, I help people soften painful patterns, honor their stories, and create new ways of relating and adapt these approaches to neurodivergent clients. Together, we can explore how the past has shaped you, tend to the hurts that remain, and nurture the parts of you ready to grow. My role is to walk beside you, offering curiosity, compassion, and guidance, as you navigate challenges, discover new possibilities, and begin to enjoy the adventure of your life again.

My approach to therapy

I am interested in how you experience the world. I put the therapeutic relationship at the heart of treatment because I view recognition and dissociation as the main tools we have as therapists to understand our clients’ minds and hearts. And to do that, we need to build a relationship. We need to talk a lot. It almost doesn’t matter about what. We need to establish a sense of trust in each other and knowledge about how each of us thinks.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, my ultimate goal is to empower you to reach your full potential and make positive changes in your life. I take a personalized, holistic approach that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. My focus is on providing you with the tools and support you need to find solutions and coping strategies that work for you. I am weary of pathologizing or labeling individuals; instead, I see symptoms as natural responses to difficult or unsafe experiences in life.
