Great to meet you!

I'm a warm compassionate therapist with over 15 years of diverse experience in the mental health field, supporting individuals through all stages of life and their most challenging moments. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor earlier this year and continue to expand my knowledge and experience. My work with clients extends across the lifespan and has provided me expertise to a wide range of concerns, some examples include; depression, anxiety, stress, grief, complex family dynamics, and career transitions. I am a graduate of Edinboro University with a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Rehabilitation Counseling. I've been fortunate to be able to work with children, adolescents, teenagers, adults, families, children in foster care, veterans, pregnant mothers, psychiatric patients, LGBTQ+ individuals, and the elderly. I believe that mental health is important for every person at every stage of life and I strive to meet people where they're at and help them achieve their mental health goals.

My approach to therapy

My practice focuses on helping clients manage mental health concerns and build happier healthier lives. Some areas of focus include; navigating family dynamics, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, and identity-related concerns. I have particular experience supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, women facing unique life transitions, young adults finding their way, and families navigating blended family structures, adoption, and foster care. I also work with clients managing mental health issues such as posttraumatic stress, mood disorders, postpartum depression, self-harm, and caregiver burnout.

What you can expect from me

I take a holistic, person-centered approach, tailored to each individual's specific needs. I use an integrated therapy modality including CBT, DBT, and positive therapy to provide services to meet client's needs. I am a culturally responsive therapist who honors each client's background, values, and lived experience—including those navigating multicultural identities and secular worldviews. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where you can explore life challenges such as control issues, self-love, workplace challenges, fertility concerns, and other deeply personal matters at your own pace. I believe therapy works best when built on genuine connection and mutual respect. I'm here to support your growth with authenticity and care.
