Jemma Small holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a strong commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. With experience in both telehealth and in-person settings, I provide holistic, patient-centered treatment tailored to the unique needs of individuals across the lifespan. My practice is grounded in empathy, clinical excellence, and a dedication to improving access to quality mental health services in diverse communities.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide effective care and treatment for mood and behavioral disorders, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, mood disorders, sleep disorders, and others. In addition to brief supportive therapy, we will take a patient-centered, holistic approach as part of each patient’s treatment plan.
