Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Jen and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am also in the process of becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC).

My approach to therapy

I have a true passion for respecting the genuine humanness of each one of the clients I get the pleasure of working with. I strive to provide a safe space for the clients to tell their stories, be seen and heard, and to aid in the therapeutic process by meeting the client where they are at. With that belief, I use an eclectic approach to therapy with the clients I work with.

What you can expect from me

I hope for clients to be able to process during sessions for clarity, insight, self-exploration, and healing. By using an eclectic approach with various treatment modalities, so clients can process their current situations while also processing and healing past experiences if needed by learning new tools to aid in the process and promote healthier coping skills and self-care.
