Great to meet you!

Currently accepting folks for EMDR. I help women and gender-diverse folks in their twenties and thirties with anxiety and OCD-related disorders, neurodivergence, and trauma utilizing EMDR. I enjoy working with folks who are working towards or working in helping professions.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, compassionate, and curious. I'll be your ultimate hype woman who will stay rooted when the going gets tough. Many of my clients are highly critical of themselves and I help them recognize their worth and humanness and guide them towards self-acceptance.

What you can expect from me

As we are unique humans, I’ll integrate different approaches based on you and our work together. We will explore how things have been going for you and what you'd like to get out of our sessions. As we go through many phases, we will revisit your where you're at regularly to help you move towards a more aligned life. Please visit my website www.jenellislmhc.com to learn more!
