Great to meet you!

Whether you want to resolve a specific mental health concern or develop new skills to enhance performance, empowerment, and well-being, I will help you recognize that you have the ability to transform what no longer serves and optimize your internal experience and develop the relational skills needed to cultivate a more balanced and fulfilling lived experience.

My approach to therapy

I use a strengths-based approach and use top line evidence-based methods to help clients develop new skills and transform what no longer serves. Coaching work focuses on lifestyle factors, recognizing and enhancing strengths, transforming beliefs that have become obstacles, and developing new skills.

For clients experiencing activation or relational struggles as a result of of chronic or acute stress, I use a robust model that includes preparation, resolving activations using EMDR, PC, and/or Flash, and coaching to help clients consolidate gains.

What you can expect from me

Many clients report that they experience our work together as transformational. They attend sessions consistently and put the work into practice in their everyday lives. While they often give me credit, I always assure them that they have all the power and that my role is merely to facilitate the attunement of their innate capabilities.
