Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps women and men move through the stress, burnout, and self-doubt that come with trying to “do it all.” As a wife, mom of two, and firefighter’s spouse, I know how easy it is to feel like you're losing while caring for everyone else.

My approach blends acceptance therapy, values work, and strength-based strategies so you can build clarity, confidence, and resilience. Instead of chasing quick fixes or industry noise, I guide others to trust their own experiences, tune into what really matters, and create more energy for the life they want.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I use acceptance-based, values-driven, and strength-focused approaches to help clients uncover what truly matters to them, build resilience, and find more sustainable ways to move through stress and self-doubt. I believe that healing and growth happen when we stop chasing industry “shoulds” and instead tune into self-awareness and our own lived experiences.

What you can expect from me

Through virtual sessions, I provide a grounded, supportive space to help you reconnect with yourself and feel stronger in your roles, relationships, and everyday life.
