Great to meet you!

You may look like you're holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck on the inside. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, relationship stress, work pressures, or a major life transition, therapy can help.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) who works with adults seeking practical tools, honest conversations, and meaningful change. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I'll help you understand what's getting in the way, develop effective coping strategies, and build a path toward the life you want.

Clients often tell me they appreciate my straightforward approach, genuine support, and ability to balance compassion with accountability. Therapy doesn't have to feel intimidating. Together, we'll focus on real solutions and lasting growth.

My approach to therapy

I am trauma informed and rely heavily on CBT and EMDR, and frequently approach therapy using a holistic, solution focused and multi-modality approach.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to be genuine and forthcoming about the therapeutic process, establishing goals and planning for treatment. I strive to create a safe and inviting environment for clients to heal.
