My name is Jena Bennett and I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor for 13 years. I specialize in trauma and grief counseling. Currently, I work with individuals, teens age 13 and up, and married couples. I believe when people find help and healing there is a ripple effect of healing in our culture.
My approach to therapy is client centered and is unique to each individual. I am trained in Brainspotting and incorporate guided imagery for trauma work. Counseling is a process and I will listen, guide, challenge, and support every step of the way.
I create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients' self-discovery, incorporate tools for living, and ultimately walk in freedom and healing.
