Great to meet you!

I work with children (ages 3+), teens, and emerging adults, providing individual counseling in person and virtually. I strive to help those I support gain awareness while incorporating evidence-based practices. Together, we can discover strategies to overcome what might be holding you back from emotional regulation and happiness. When working with adults, I use an integrative approach, combining various theories and interventions to benefit the client. Clients are welcome to discuss what is on their minds while we focus on our treatment goals. I aim to provide psychoeducational support and skills to help the client grow.

My approach to therapy

I am a registered play therapist who has studied this specialty for several years to support children, teens, and those with developmental delays. Humans are known to be resilient; when working together, we are a team. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to fully express your needs, wants, and goals for therapy.

What you can expect from me

A first session with me will be an intake where we discuss your areas of growth, goals, and build rapport.

A little about me:

I graduated from Arizona State University with a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. My hobbies include: traveling around the world, creating ceramic projects, learning Korean, and thrifting vintage pieces! I am also quite an anime fanatic!
