Jenae Stainer

Jenae was initially drawn to the social work profession because she found herself aligned with its values of service, self-determination, dignity and social justice. She received her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Alabama in 2012.

She is is a licensed clinical social worker with 10 years of experience in community-based mental health with adults, youth, families, and the reentry population. She has experience in treating complex trauma, substance abuse, depression and anxiety, and has received training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

Jenae uses a nonjudgmental, holistic and eclectic approach grounded in harm reduction and client empowerment.
